Eligibility for Refunds

To be eligible for a refund, items must meet the following criteria:
  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition, with all original tags and packaging intact.
  • Returns must be initiated within 60 days of receiving your order. We cannot process refunds for items returned after this window.
  • Swimwear and undergarments must have the original hygiene liner intact to qualify for a refund.
  • Custom or personalized items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Refund Process

Follow these steps to request a refund:
  1. Initiate a Return Request: Contact our customer service team at service@vuoricluothing.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the refund. We’ll respond within 24-48 business hours with a prepaid return label and detailed return instructions.
  2. Send Back the Item(s): Package the eligible item(s) securely and attach the prepaid return label. Drop off the package at the designated shipping carrier location as instructed.
  3. Return Inspection: Once we receive your returned package, our team will inspect the item(s) to verify they meet the refund eligibility criteria. This inspection typically takes 3-5 business days.
  4. Refund Approval & Processing: If your refund is approved, we’ll process it immediately. You’ll receive a confirmation email once the refund has been issued.

Refund Timing & Method

  • Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days after the return inspection is complete. The exact time may vary slightly depending on the volume of returns we’re handling.
  • Refund Method: Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used for the order. For example, if you paid with a credit card, the refund will go back to that credit card; if you used PayPal, the refund will be sent to your PayPal account.
  • Payment Provider Delays: Please note that your bank or credit card issuer may take additional time (typically 3-7 business days) to reflect the refund in your account. This is outside of our control.
  • Gift Card Refunds: If the original purchase was made with a gift card, the refund will be issued as a new digital gift card sent to your email address.

Damaged or Defective Items
